A charming house in a valley leading to the Seine
Past the gate, you will discover a garden where you will find the atmosphere of the priest's gardens, so particular to our region. At the back of the house the land of the valleuse is beautifully planted and a pretty bench welcomes you for long moments of reading with a view of the surrounding valleys.
A main and secondary body
This half-timbered farmhouse is typical with its large living room and its authentic Cauchoise fireplace. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a shower room and 2 bedrooms. The veranda separates the two houses and is very pleasant for breakfasts with its view of the valleys and its vegetation.
Upstairs is a landing room which can accommodate an office, then 2 spacious bedrooms with a bathroom. The second house adjoining the first is more modest in size, but nevertheless full of charm. It has a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and a friendly open kitchen. This property is currently operated as a seasonal rental with a good rental yield, but can easily become a large family home with a completely independent space for friends.
