Enjoy the sunrise over the valley and savor the shimmering colors of the sunset over the horizon. This panorama is ideal and a real opportunity to enjoy exotic and iodized weekends by the sea.
A carefully maintained Anglo-Norman
The owners were keen to preserve the authentic character of this charming seaside house while providing it with the comfort of a neat and quality second home. The awning with railings creates a sheltered space before the bow window entrance. On the ground floor, cement tiles and old tiles recall the heyday of seaside houses at the beginning of the last century! The distribution is harmonious and practical: entrance, living room with sea view and pretty period fireplace, elegantly recently fitted independent kitchen, bedroom on one level, shower room and toilet.
Upstairs, old parquet floor, landing, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have a beautiful sea view and balcony and bathroom.
The enclosed and landscaped grounds of 1350 m2 allow you to enjoy nature and take meals outside sheltered from the west winds. A clapboard outbuilding makes family life easier for storing bicycles, lawn mowers, leisure and beach equipment.
