An exceptional property in the Normandy countryside
At the end of a small road crossing the fields of the Normandy countryside, the gate of this property appears. We then enter this place sheltered from the outside world. The charreterie, the cider house, the stable and the barn form the farmhouse around the main building.
On the other side, the garden is enclosed by a beautiful stone wall. Beyond, the gate leads to the vegetable garden. The view of the countryside is preserved. Only neighborhood on the horizon, the small chapel of the village. The setting is quite privileged!
A preserved and restored 17th century residence
You enter this house through the oldest part dating from around 1650. Immediately you will notice the magnificent Louis XIII style staircase (oak staircase with fretted balusters).
On the ground floor there is a living room, a pleasant living room with its pretty ditch tiles, the office can be used as is or transformed into a bedroom or enlarged to make a reception room. On the other side the kitchen and the dining room can accommodate family and guests. All these rooms have been restored (electricity, plumbing, insulation, etc.) so that life there is pleasant and comfortable. Upstairs, the bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate a large family.
