Built at the beginning of the 20th century in a remarkable style of elegance, the building is proud and majestic. Then you enter a vast hall with wood paneling and very well maintained herringbone parquet flooring. The living room and dining room with parquet floors and beautiful marble fireplaces are bathed in soft light. The kitchen has beautiful dimensions, which allow to have lunch or to receive with family. The large double-glazed openings provide light that illuminates the large worktop.
The first floor has four huge bedrooms, one of which has bathrooms and a dressing room. A shower room and a separate toilet are available to other guests. In the second, the four more modest bedrooms can be completed by a shower room to be finished. In the basement, the rooms are a boiler room, a wine cellar, a laundry room, a reserve and a technical room.
A privileged environment
The old stables at the entrance to the estate can be transformed into a charming gîte. One can easily imagine the installation of a swimming pool around the house. The garages are functional to house the materials necessary for the maintenance of the property. A spectacular view of the valley can be regained thanks to the pruning of some trees.
